1) How much does it cost to list our property on your site for a year?

Our rates are extremely affordable, and would only require one or two bookings a year to pay for itself. Not too mention the fact that we've got the most beautiful vacation rentals on the internet!

3) How long can I list my property on your site for?

You can list your property on our site for 6 months, one year, or two years at a time. Read more about our listing options and prices here.

4) Can I have more than 6 photos on my property page?

Yes! Our listing comes with an initial 6 photographs. In order to fit more into the design of your listing, we need to create a second page in order to have more images. For that reason, we charge an additional $30 per year per listing for an additional 12 images, as it will be on it's own page.

5) Can I edit my listing and, if so, how do I do it?

You can edit your listing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Simply login here.

6) How can I change the information in my profile?

You can make changes to your listing at anytime. Simply login here with your username and password, click on ‘Maintain Properties’, and make the necessary adjustments to your listing.

7) I forgot my password, what can I do?

You can request your password from our lost password page here.

8) How do I use the calendar?

Once logged in, click on ‘Maintain Properties’, then ‘Edit Availability’ and use the color coordinated boxes to guide you while you fill out the appropriate dates.

9) Can I change the way my page layout is setup?

Unfortunately, that is not an option. We choose to keep all our page layouts the same to ensure consistency for renters so they can access information quickly and conveniently.

10) Why do some pictures look better than others after I upload them?

If the picture quality is poor to begin with (not enough light, poor angles, etc.), the picture will not look as good as you want it to on your property page. Ensure that you take lots of pictures, with a good camera, preferably on a sunny day and choose the ones that you like most that show all the different qualities of your rental home. And remember, if you feel that 6 photos isn't enough to show off your place, you can purchase an additional page which allows for 12 additional photos for only $30 extra per year.

11) How quickly will it take for my page to be up and running once I sign up?

Once you have signed up and the payment goes through, your page will be live and ready to receive inquiries.


12) Why am I not getting any calls?

First and foremost, if you are not currently listing any pictures, we’ve calculated that you are losing up to 75% of the inquiries you would have had if you had pictures up. Conversely, a bad picture can have the same or even a worse effect. Timeshares can have similar difficulties simply due to the fact that there is less time available to rent. It's also important to look at your type of rental and the time of year it is. For example, if you are renting out a ski lodge, you may not get as many inquiries during a period of no snow.

13) Why am I getting calls, but no one is booking my property?

We find that the main determinant for someone booking a place is price. Make sure to put yourself in the renter’s shoes and ask yourself if you would rent your place at that price. It can also be helpful to compare your prices with others in the same area.

16) What determines the order of properties listed for each region or city?

Properties are listed completely at random, unless the user has decided to sort the properties by either Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Price, or by Sleeping Capacity or Property Size. Featured property listings are available on our home page, as well as every country, region, and city page for a more prominent listing.
