Villa La Estancia is truly a private piece of luxury by the sea.
Located on Medano Beach (the main beach in Cabo San Lucas), Villa La Estancia is a full-time ownership community with all the services of a five-star resort, including 24-hour front desk, concierge service, pool-side restaurants, executive fitness center, tennis courts, beautiful pools and ocean view hot tubs. Our professionally decorated condo features a master bedroom with king size bed, sitting area, armoire with color TV, large closets and an oversize bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double marble sinks. The guest bedroom offers two queen size beds, armoire with color TV, large closets and full size bath with shower over tub.
